Miscellaneous thoughts about Evgeni, ... or all do you not have where else to say

I intentionally opened this topic, because I not wanted to "spoil" other topics dedicated to skating ... Why? Read my post if you have patience (and if you understand anything of my "poor" english)

Introduction

Read Russian newspapers and sites a few months (as well, this applies and to the "western specialized" skating forums) ... I could well see constant attacks, insults and attempts to almost humiliation of Evgeni's - how him as a skater (mock his victory, judges score and skating - in the past and present) ... thus and him personally ...

Maybe just me this nerve, but if I do not write .... I will .... I will explode!
(each objectivity is excluded from my further statement in this post - I apologize in advance, if I insulted someone in that )



I Chapter

Especially me provokes the following text that I read today (just as a typical example for all other similar) ... When it appears few nice texts about Evgeni ... as a balance, to previous texts which "glorify" him - immediately must be a bunch of texts, in which he are on attack (roll in "decorative paper" concerns for the future of the Russian skating )
In this text are visible almost all reasons, why some people in Russia do not like Evgeni's, and why they would not like to he be back and may even bring a Russia victory (of course, some reasons for concern, and those who are not only Russians)...

II Chapter

His unforgivable "sins" from the past:
- victory over Yags - guilty, according to the interpretation of his fans
- continuing invincibility against all other world skaters - guilty, according to the interpretation of fans all other skaters and "foreign" journalists

- his "scandalous" jet-set society - Dima, Yana and her, even more scandalous ex-husband (who is, btw... constantly plotter by newspapers against Yana and Plushy) - guilty, according to the interpretation of people which think that can manage with his life, or those who like to be voyeur and comment one's private life
- often appearing in the media - guilty, according to the interpretation of those who do not like him
- belonging to one of the political parties - guilty, according to the interpretation of political opponents
- his wealth - guilty, according to the interpretation of people with "rooted communist legacy"

His unforgivable "sins", which will commit in the future:
- probability that he take place someone other in the national team (one of the current Russian skater) - guilty, according to the interpretation of ... I guess it is clear
- he dare to ask conditions for the preparation, from sports officials - guilty, according to the interpretation of politicians, which share money by their will
- fear of exposure his "Tango's" to "rest of the world" (lowering his level of "artistic" skating on the level of "pornographic") - guilty, according to the interpretation of moral hypocrites
- fear of the world's skaters, their fans and foreign journalists of his return (this be break their illusion, about that who should be at the top) - guilty, according to the interpretation of all of them
- fear of the final proof: that he is the best male skater of all time - guilty, according to the interpretation of all those who are not his fans

All in all, 4 basic reasons: revenge, jealousy, fear and moral hypocrisy ... but it is still a lot of people, which are included in the current "campaign" against Evgeni's (and even more will be in the future, if he to be returned to the competition)



Final Chapter

I know, know - I'm boring and I have a little paranoia in connection with all, which regards to Evgeni's ... but now to me already easier, when I wrote this in public ... sorry for the annoyance, I am only passing away

Somebody one day said": ...so much glory so many enemies..." This is happened for many powerful and famous people of the history for example Napoleone, Giulio Cesare, Alexander Magno....
With these words I don't want to compare Evgeny to them, but this is the idea.

Why do all poeple criticize his Tango?
I don't find it pornographic, but tremendously sexy I like it!

I think The critism from the side of skaters is probably because they afraid of his come back (which skater who has ended with competiting skate on shows like him?), because everyone who see him how he skate, know, that he is always perfect and when he start to train to come back they will be in "danger".....

From the side of yellow press and other magazines... I think everybody know that they never write about famous people in nice and good "light", and they must always find some "defect"....


And to Tango, I like it much and I think If there is not "THAT ONE" gesture, there would not be commentaries like it is pornographic and others... IT is sexy, why not?, when he is nice young man, who people (women ) love?

Well, Cekoni, I must congratulate myself to you, you made a great analys of the situation, and the things are just like you wrote!
I am apsolutely agree with you, with Emy and with Hana, it's not necessary to write any other comments.
The caracteristic of Evgeni which I love mush that all others is HIS SEMPLICITY, and even INGENUOUS nature which created to him lots of problems.
But he is EVGENI PLUSHENKO and there is nothing to do!!!!
His ex fans and the fans of all other skaters have to keep the mouth closed, because when Evgeni is on ice, the skaters shaking, they are anxious, they have a fear.
And this fact will not change.
Never.
We can discuss about his private life, we can like it or not, we can discuss about ALL, but the fact that ON THE ICE HE IS THE KING WILL NEVER CHANGE!
I do not want to be patetic or repeat the things, but being the KING OF THE ICE is only HIS TITLE.
And it will allways be.
I do love you, Evgeni, with all your sins and with all your errors.
I do love your sexy pornographic Tango because nobody else had a courage to present something similar.
I do love your beautiful smile, and your terrible hair, and I really don't care why they hate you and why they don 't want you.....
When you smile, the world is the better place where to live.

in my tv the presentors they declared clearly that bilan won because of plush, have you listened to cheering in the middle of the song when plush comes out!??

ah me ,because evgeni's perfromance in Olympics was not very emotional involved i wish he could go out rocking with a program that will be remembered in history and i think this is not tango music.
