Ahhhhh Pixy!!!! Yes!! He's very popular especially in Nagoya, his home in Japan. There was a famous manager Arsene Wenger too. (And many Japanese skaters were born in Nagoya. Their coaches are pupils of Kozuka's grandfather, former Manchurian Men's single Champion)
